Investigators kept the roadway closed for hours to reconstruct the scene.Meanwhile, local drivers face a brutal post-holiday commute. Triple A reports state gas prices have hit a four-year holiday high, with regular unleaded averaging four-sixty a gallon. Expect lingering traffic delays this morning as a record number of regional commuters head back to work.And in Meadville, a controversial luxury housing plan is moving forward. The Zoning Hearing Board approved a special exception for developer Todd Joseph to transform thirty classrooms in the vacant East End Elementary School into senior apartments.
